Stephanie Michelle is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, currently taking new clients at Peak Interactive Wellness. Stephanie works with clients ages six years and older and treats a wide range of psychiatric conditions. She has a special interest in helping adolescents with anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, as well as working with women during and after pregnancy, particularly those dealing with postpartum depression and anxiety.

Stephanie believes in a well-rounded approach to care, considering factors like healthy eating, exercise, and stress management alongside conventional treatments. Her goal is to build strong, supportive relationships with her clients to achieve the best outcomes.

In 2008, Stephanie began her nursing career in intensive care units for trauma and neurosurgery, where she cared for patients with complex medical needs. After moving to Colorado in 2013, Stephanie worked in an endoscopy procedures unit, where she gained experience caring for patients with intricate gastrointestinal issues. These experiences complement her work in psychiatry by understanding how physical health concerns can impact mental health. In 2022, she began working with adolescents with complex mental health needs in an inpatient setting.

Outside of her professional life, Stephanie enjoys reading fiction, swimming laps, cooking things that her kids mostly refuse to eat, snowboarding on a weekday (whenever possible), and spending time with her spirited daughters and her tremendously affectionate cat.
