See what else we treat

At Peak Interactive Wellness, we offer a comprehensive suite of interventional psychiatric treatments — TMS, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and Spravato® — all integrated into a whole-person care model that treats you as more than a diagnosis. These aren't experimental last resorts. They're FDA-cleared, evidence-based tools that work through entirely different mechanisms than traditional medications — and for many of our patients, they've made all the difference.

Interventional Psychiatry

At Peak Interactive Wellness, interventional treatments are never offered in isolation. Every patient receives a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation first, and every interventional treatment is woven into a broader, personalized care plan.

Interventional psychiatry is a subspecialty focused on treatments that directly target brain activity and neurochemistry through precise biological interventions — rather than relying solely on daily oral medication. Where antidepressants work by altering neurotransmitter levels throughout the entire brain and body over time, interventional treatments work at the circuit level: stimulating specific brain regions, resetting stuck patterns of neural activity, and creating conditions for rapid, lasting change.

What is Interventional Psychiatry?

You're managing depression alongside anxiety, PTSD, or trauma.

You've been told you have treatment-resistant depression.

You're looking for a faster path to relief.

You've tried two or more antidepressants without lasting relief.

This Treatment May Be For You If . . .

TMS — Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation

TMS uses focused magnetic pulses to stimulate underactive areas of the brain involved in mood regulation — specifically the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex. It's FDA-cleared, non-invasive, requires no anesthesia, and most patients return to their normal day immediately after each session.
We offer both standard TMS and the cutting-edge ONE-D one-day protocol — a full course of TMS delivered in a single 9.5-hour visit, using accelerated iTBS and neuroplasticity-enhancing medications. For patients who can't commit to weeks of daily appointments, ONE-D is a genuine breakthrough.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

Ketamine is one of the most rapidly acting treatments available for depression, with some patients experiencing meaningful relief within hours to days. At Peak Interactive Wellness, we don't just administer ketamine — we pair it with psychotherapy in a carefully structured, supervised experience designed to support lasting psychological transformation.

Spravato® (Esketamine)
Spravato is an FDA-approved nasal spray form of esketamine, administered in-office under provider supervision. It's specifically cleared for treatment-resistant depression and major depressive disorder with suicidal ideation — and Peak Interactive Wellness is a REMS-certified Spravato treatment center.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is interventional psychiatry covered by insurance?

TMS and Spravato are covered by many commercial insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Anthem BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, and Colorado Medicaid for Spravato. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is typically self-pay. Our team will verify your benefits and walk you through your options before you commit to anything.

Are these treatments safe?

All three treatments offered at Peak Interactive Wellness — TMS, KAP, and Spravato — have been extensively studied and have well-established safety profiles. Every session is supervised by a licensed provider. Serious adverse events are rare across all three modalities, and our team will discuss the specific risk profile of any treatment recommended for you.

What if I've already tried TMS somewhere else and it didn't work?

Prior TMS non-response doesn't close the door. The ONE-D protocol, which uses a different stimulation waveform (iTBS) and neuroplasticity-enhancing medications, has shown effectiveness in patients who did not respond to standard rTMS. We'd want to review your prior protocol before drawing conclusions.

We accept most commercial insurance plans. Please contact us for more information.
