About Baylee Belt

Baylee Belt brings more than eight years of healthcare experience and a strong background in clinical operations, scheduling, and patient support to Peak Interactive Wellness. Before joining Peak, Baylee spent eight years at Swedish Medical Center in a high-acuity Neuro Trauma setting, where she coordinated staffing, supported patients and families, assisted with daily clinical operations, and worked closely with nurses, providers, and other members of the healthcare team.

As a Care Coordinator at Peak Interactive Wellness, Baylee helps patients navigate their care from the first point of contact through ongoing treatment. She coordinates appointments, TMS and Spravato scheduling, and communication with the care team, while helping ensure that the many moving pieces of a patient’s care stay organized and on track.

Baylee is known for her reliability, organization, and calm, patient-centered approach. She understands that accessing healthcare can sometimes feel overwhelming, and she strives to make each interaction with Peak Interactive Wellness as clear, supportive, and seamless as possible.
