Welcome To Peak Interactive Wellness

If you’ve tried antidepressant after antidepressant without real relief, you already know how discouraging treatment-resistant depression can be. What a lot of people don’t know is that there’s an FDA-approved, non-medication treatment — and for many patients, insurance covers it.
At Peak Interactive Wellness, we’re in-network with Cigna, Aetna, and Anthem BCBS, which means TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) may be far more accessible than you think.
TMS is an FDA-approved, non-invasive treatment for depression that hasn’t responded adequately to medication alone. Using gentle magnetic pulses, TMS stimulates the areas of the brain involved in mood regulation — no anesthesia, no systemic side effects, and no downtime. Sessions take place while you’re seated and awake, and you’re able to drive yourself home afterward. Think of it as a pacemaker for your feelings!
One of the biggest barriers to starting TMS isn’t whether it works — it’s whether patients realize it’s covered. Insurance coverage for TMS depends heavily on which provider you see, so it’s worth confirming before you assume it’s out of reach.
Peak Interactive Wellness is in-network with:
We’ll verify your specific benefits for you before treatment begins, so there are no surprises. (Note: Colorado Medicaid does not currently cover TMS. If you’re on Medicaid, ask us about other options, including Spravato, which Colorado Medicaid does cover.)
The standard, insurance-covered TMS protocol typically includes:
Most patients begin noticing improvement around weeks 3–4, with full benefit typically realized by the end of the treatment course.
TMS is generally a good fit for adults who:
Every patient who comes to Peak Interactive Wellness starts with a psychiatric evaluation, so we can confirm TMS is the right fit — or point you toward another effective option if it’s not.
TMS sessions are done right in our office. You’ll sit comfortably while a treatment coil is positioned near your head, and you may feel a light tapping sensation during the session — most patients describe it as mild or entirely tolerable. Because there’s no sedation involved, you’re free to return to work, drive, or go about your day immediately afterward.
We offer TMS at our RiNo, Denver location as well as statewide telehealth for evaluation and follow-up visits. As an in-network provider with Cigna, Aetna, and Anthem BCBS, we handle the benefits verification and prior authorization process so you can focus on getting better — not paperwork.
If you’re not sure whether TMS, Spravato, or another treatment path is right for you, that’s exactly what your evaluation is for. We’ll help you figure it out together.
